I was honest with her about it also. She smiled and said let's see what I can do for you. I started looking for a house at the beginning of the Covid rush. So it was really hard with the market to find what I wanted at the right price. Wendi stood by me through it all. She was honest with me and kept my hopes up. She didn't let me settle. I lost 11 Contracts due to cash deals and overbid (people were bidding way over market value) and saw a lot of houses. Wendi still stood by me. She wanted me to make the best decision for me. Finally, I found my home (which I am absolutely in love with!) and Wendi still stayed with me through it all (including inspections and closing).
